Matter urgent. My telegram of 8th. March. There are the following doubtful cases. 1. Youth aged 16. 2. Youth aged 14).
3. Father of 2 missionary able-bodied aged 46 said to be German agent name Bach refuses separation from son. 4. man who states his age is 55 also suspect. All above are Germans. 5. Austrian aged 31 with curvative of the spine unfit for active military service but well educated. Should your confidential Circular Despatch beratedxum of 30th. November, 1914, or 5th.
